  3.    changes the values of internal settings of the bot, or, if used
  4.    without a value parameter, shows the current value of a setting.
  5.    the bot starts out with settings as given in the configuration
  6.    file.  possible variables to be changed are:

  8.       keep-nick      isolate        nick           helpdir
  9.       dcc-block      keep-all-logs  username       tempdir
  10.       dcc-maxsize    passive        realname       init-server
